D.C. United announced today the seventh edition of La Super Copa, a single elimination full side 11-v-11 invitational soccer tournament that brings together different amateur champions from DC?s Metropolitan local leagues, will kick off this weekend with first round games at the RFK Stadium Turf Training Field. La Super Copa VII, presented by Volkswagen, is sponsored by American Airlines and Adidas. The tournament?s draw took place on March 10 at RFK Stadium, prior to D.C. United?s first match of the season against Sporting Kansas City.
